How to Order

This guide outlines the different ways customers can place an order with Konscious Keto. Please use whichever method is easiest for the customer.

When to Use:

• The customer emails asking how to order a product.

• The customer expresses interest in purchasing but hasn’t placed an order yet.

• The customer requests for you to process an order on their behalf.

• The customer needs a direct link to the website for ordering.

Follow these Steps to Create an Order in Shopify:

1. Create Order

   • Log in to Shopify Admin.

   • Go to Orders > Create order.

2. Add Customer Details

   • Search for the customer’s email or create a new customer.

   • Enter full name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

3. Select Product

   • Add the correct product and quantity.

4. Add Shipping Charge

   • US orders (1 pack): Add standard $4.95 shipping.

   • US orders (3+ packs): Free shipping.

   • International orders: Apply the appropriate shipping charge.

5. Send Invoice

   • Click Send invoice.

   • Add subject line (e.g., Your Konscious Keto Secure Checkout Link).

   • Copy the payment link before sending.

   • Send the invoice from Shopify.

   • Paste the copied payment link into your reply email.

6. After creating the order, send the [Order] Created Order macro:

   • Insert the payment link into the email.

   • If the order is international → include the international shipping note.

   • Confirm that once payment is made, they’ll receive confirmation + tracking.

If a customer wants to place an order for a pack size that is not available on Shopify (such as 4-pack, 8-pack, or 9-pack), or for a subscription, retrieve the order link from SamCart and send it to the customer.
