This article explains the process for handling and issuing return labels.
All return labels are issued via Shopify.

Return labels are only provided for orders shipped within the U.S.
Customers outside the U.S. must arrange return shipping at their own cost. Ensure products are unopened and send them to:

When a customer is returning items from multiple orders, agents should provide one consolidated return label instead of separate labels for each order.
Guidelines:
The label should be based on the oldest order in the group being returned.
Separate labels should only be created when absolutely necessary, such as:
Hazardous items
Items going to different warehouse locations
Explicit instructions from management
If a customer cannot print their return label:
Ask if they can access a local print service (e.g., library, UPS Store, FedEx Office).
If printing is not possible, advise the customer to download or show the email containing the return label on their device, which can be scanned by USPS directly from their phone at a USPS location.
Note: We cannot mail physical copies of the return label.
