When a customer expresses confusion about receiving an order confirmation or email communication from Konscious Keto, Enclave Bioactives, Synocell, or Vital Health instead of the specific brand they believe they purchased from, send the Order Confirmation Clarification macro.
This applies when:
The customer questions why the sender name or brand in the confirmation email is different.
The customer is concerned they were charged by the “wrong” company.
The customer believes they may have been scammed due to the brand name mismatch.
The order confirmation email displays a different brand than the website they used.
The purpose of this macro is to clearly explain that the brands are subsidiary companies under the same parent organization, and that order confirmations may occasionally be sent from a different brand within the same company group. This helps reassure the customer that:
Their order is legitimate.
The charge is valid.
No fraudulent activity has occurred.
The brands are legitimately connected.
Always ensure the correct brand names are customized in the macro before sending, replacing the placeholder fields (e.g., ProductName_Brand_Here) with the accurate product and brand details related to the customer’s order.
