Example #4: “Can I follow SKS/Helix if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?”
Example #1: "I've been following the SKS meal plan for two months but haven’t lost any weight in the last three weeks. What should I do?"
Example #2: "I’m not seeing any progress with my Helix Bootcamp plan. Can you help me figure out what might be going wrong?"
Example #3: "I have not lost any weight in the last few weeks. I’ve been exercising and following the plan to a T. How can I break through this and start losing weight again?"
Example #4 “I lost weight only in the first week. I’ve been following the meal plan perfectly. Why did I stop losing weight?”
