This telehealth-based therapeutic group is for women who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. Together, we will process grief, explore coping strategies, and work toward healing while honoring the significance of each loss. We will also address challenges such as experiencing a new pregnancy after loss or coping with the emotions that arise when around expectant parents or those caring for young children.
This is an open group.

This group is designed for anyone that has experienced trauma in the realm of pregnancy and/or postpartum. This group is 4-6 weeks and uses an evidence-based treatment modality, EMDR to find healing in that short amount of time with as much or as little sharing about the things you've experienced.
The group will meet online weekly Thursday 4:30-6:00 and is led by Leila Comer.
This group focuses on relationships, embodiment (being present in the body, despite anxious and depressive parts that show up) and shame resilience.

We ask for a 2 month commitment, which allows for the group members to have enough time and space to create safety and vulnerability.
The investment is $45-75 per meeting, pay as able.
