Hi All! I'm excited to announce a second offering of my Ceramic Finger Labyrinth workshop this summer — this time at the beautiful Afton Creative Art Studio, 15888 34th St S, Afton, MN 55001.
This version unfolds across three evenings, walking you through the full journey from raw clay to finished piece:
✦ July 22 | 6:30–8:30pm — Shape your labyrinth from clay
✦ August 5 | 6:30–8:30pm — Glaze and personalize it
✦ August 12 | 6:30–7:30pm — Receive your finished labyrinth, enjoy light snacks, and close with a guided meditation
This workshop is a meaningful fit if you:
✦ Feel overwhelmed and are ready to slow down
✦ Are drawn to hands-on, creative, or experiential approaches to healing
✦ Struggle with traditional meditation or mindfulness but are looking for another way in
✦ Are moving through anxiety, grief, trauma, or a life transition and want a grounding, reflective space
✦ Simply want to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way
You'll leave with a ceramic finger labyrinth you created yourself — a tactile, meditative tool you can return to again and again. No art experience necessary.
Investment: $175

Leaving the Nest: Surviving and Thriving in College A to Z is a 90-minute seminar designed to help answer questions and relieve anxiety related to the adjustment out of the family home and into college life. The transition to college is personally and academically challenging and brings about change for the entire family when one person leaves the nest. Helping students and parents understand what to expect can help alleviate anxiety about all of the change happening at once. Participants will walk away feeling more prepared and confident about this big life transition.
