Roll for Growth is a therapeutic group that uses Dungeons & Dragons as a structured, evidence-based tool for self-discovery, empowerment, and connection. Facilitated by a licensed clinical psychologist and certified therapeutic game master, the group integrates principles from Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into a collaborative role-playing experience.
Designed for adults, this group supports growth in identity development, social skills, and self-empowerment. Participants engage in a creative and supportive environment where they can explore new ways of relating to themselves and others while building meaningful connections.
The group meets weekly for 12 weeks in a 2-hour online format. Each session includes approximately 90 minutes of therapeutic gameplay followed by 30 minutes of guided reflection and processing to connect in-game experiences with real-life insights. Group costs $75 per session and is ONN. Superbills are provided and HSAs, FSAs, and Loveland Foundation vouchers accepted.
Step into a space where creativity meets intention—explore who you are, experiment with who you want to be, and build deeper, more authentic relationships along the way.
Closed group — anticipated start June 2026, pending sufficient enrollment
