The group will meet in-person weekly at Pichik Offices in South Minneapolis.
Brittany Villella leads this ongoing group Tuesday from 5-6:30.
This group focuses on relationships, embodiment (being present in the body, despite anxious and depressive parts that show up) and shame resilience.
The structure of the group will allow space for each member to share current stressors and to be supported by the other members. The facilitator will guide conversation, pointing out relational patterns and highlighting skills to increase individual goals.
We ask for a 2 month commitment, which allows for the group members to have enough time and space to create safety and vulnerability.
The investment is $65 per meeting.

It’s always important to acknowledge if a person holding space isn’t of the same identity/demographic. I am a woman/femme, some men may not feel comfortable with that, in which case I would be happy to offer referrals to groups run by male presenting folks. Many participants have claimed that they have benefited from having a therapeutic female presence and perspective in the room. Some have complemented way I have fostered a safe space and environment for men to process and connect.
