No theme is too taboo - we have heard it all! Learn more about how OCD works, how it presents in others, and what we can do about it. Leave feeling empowered, educated, and connected with people who truly understand.

All family & friend of someone affected by OCD are welcome, no matter where you live. Experience a sense of community in a safe, supportive space where you can express feelings, as well as obtain education from experts, and gain valuable insight & practical ideas from other OCD families/friends.

Intrusive Thoughts 101 is a skills group for clients struggling with repetitive, unwanted distressing thoughts. The group is ACT and ERP-informed and aims to build cognitive awareness and defusion from unwanted thoughts. Good candidates for this group are those who struggle with high anxiety, health anxiety, have a new diagnosis of OCD, or who don't fully meet criteria for OCD. This group is held virtually on Thursday mornings for 8 weeks.
Connect with others who are impacted by OCD. Experience a sense of community in a safe, supportive space where you can discuss your experiences without judgement, learn from others, and feel less isolated.
This monthly group serves OCD sufferers 18 and older who are seeking additional support to complement their treatment and work towards their therapy goals. Group therapy offers an affordable way to receive support, build new skills, and connect with others who share similar experiences. Cost is $125 per group session.
Lindsey’s group incorporates concepts from various treatment modalities including but not limited to; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Inference based CBT (I-CBT).
