Our robotics team will be competing in their first Vex IQ tournament for the season tomorrow (Saturday 10/19) at Makaha Elementary School. The tournament runs from 8 to 4, but most of the "action" (alliance matches) will occur between 9:30 and 2:00 om. If you're in the neighborhood, way near the end of the West side, then stop by to cheer us on!
Mr. Yap will be handing out permission forms to interested students before school Thursday and Friday.
The Fitness Center will be open to the first 20 people first come first served from 7:00 - 7:35 am beginning Monday October 21 and after school from UpdateL Now 3:00 - 4:00 of their are no teams scheduled..
Required for Entry
1) Signed by your parent permission form
2) Clean Work Out Towel
3) Shoes and Athletic Clothes (No Denim or clothes with zippers or buttons)

Tuesday, October I6 - Unity Day! October is National Bullying Prevention Month. To show your support in the belief that all students deserve to feel and be safe in school, the Hawaii Dept of Education has provided all schools with orange unity bands - "Unite for Kindness, Acceptance, and Aloha". These will be distributed via homeroom on this day.
Wednesday, October 23 - StuCo meeting (whole council) and Anything But a Backpack Day!
