Professional Services Portal

• Consultant Selection Committee - Comprised of 1 chairperson and 3 licensed architects and/or engineers.

• Consultant Selection is valid for a 1-year period; once it passes this period a new selection will need to take place.

Process to Qualify Vendors

• Three (3) committee members are necessary to qualify firms under each of the disciplines.  

• Once a discipline is determined, committee members who have been qualified, pursuant AS Tanaka's June 6, 21 Memo to be committee members for that particular discipline, must meet to qualify vendors.

• Being that qualification of vendors requires an in depth review of their submissions for particular disciplines, which can take quite a bit of time, committee members are asked to review submissions of vendors prior to scheduled meetings so as to expedite the process.  

• Once committee members have qualified vendors under a particular discipline, an affidavit will be sent to each of the members for signature.
