As we move forward on our projects, any deviation from the original appropriation language/intent and scope needs to come to me before the consultant moves forward. Schools wanting to add more is not to be allowed as the funds can no longer accommodate for this and we do not want to keep dragging the projects from getting out to bid.

Selection Letter sent to Consultant
PC contact Consultant to confirm interest in project
PC to coordinate date of Scoping Meeting with Planner, School Principal and Consultant (cc ASA)
(NOTE: Due to COVID-19, scoping meeting for projects on outer islands are done virtually via Webex)
PC to send Consultant link to HIDOE Resource Map and other pertinent information
Send invite with Agenda and sign-in sheet to attendees prior to meeting
PC to check for possible issues at school campus (i.e. archaeological, UXO, hazmat, EA exemption, misc. permitting requirements per county, etc.)
