HIOSH Boiler Installation Permit - An installation permit is required from DLIR, Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health, Boiler and Elevator Inspection Branch. The Contractor shall apply, pay for, and obtain an installation permit in accordance with HAR 12-220-15.
