Change Order Greater Than 25%

Construction Change Order Greater than 25% of the Contract,

1. Prepare Memo for AS approval with following attachments,

   1. CPT Job Report

   2. PCD or RFI

   3. Consultant Cost Estimate

   4. COP if available

   5. Consultant review of COP

2. If memo is approved, then prepare AFC and attach approved memo
