Direct Salary Rates for Professional Services

*Check DOE approved wage rates, highest rate of "Engineer VIII" and "Principal Architect in Charge" should generally not be used.

GE Tax for each County

Reimbursable:

• Travel - Flight, Car Rental, Gas, Parking (no per diem allowance unless staying overnight).

• Hazmat specs and air monitoring are reimbursable (Hazmat testing and report will be included in base fee)

• Archaeological monitoring, AMP, AMR

• Reproduction only allowed on CIP large jobs

• Review Fees from DPP, HFD, DCAB, SHPD, etc.

• ESCP Inspections

• Structural Special Inspections

• Geotechnical Inspections

• UXO Monitoring
