Happy Tuesday!

  • Math-Watch video of lesson 6.6. You will need a pencil, scrap paper, and photocopied 6.6 lesson. I gave it to you on Thursday.-Check your work on seesaw at the end of the day. Work on 2 pages of your fraction review packet.

  • IXL - section R- 8, 9 and 10

  • Spelling unit 25-pages 166- 170-The words are plurals. Remember not all words are made a plural by adding an s to the end of the word. When a word ends in f, we replace the f for v and add ves. Some words are irregular. An example is the word children. Use google form to write a spelling story with at least 6 of your spelling words. Remember the story must make sense.

  • Language arts- Complete Word wisdom unit 3 lesson 1. You are going to be using context clues to find the meaning of vocabulary words. I would like you to complete pages 48-53. Remember there is a dictionary at the end of your workbook.

Language Arts:

Spelling- Unit 22 In your Spelling workbook, complete page 146 and 147. In this lesson you will be using correct spelling for words with the suffix -er and -est. Remember that we add -er to the base word when we are comparing 2 things (comparatives) and we add-est to the base word when we are comparing 3 or more things (Superlatives)

Use the google form to write a story or news report using your Unit 21 spelling words. Remember to click submit after it's written to send to me!

Word Wisdom: Lesson 2 Latin Roots : FLIES EYES 1. Read Flies Eyes on page 10, 2. complete page 11 using the context clues (clues from the article on page 10). 3. Complete Unlock the Meanings on p. 12
