2. Navigate to the Print with System Dialogue

   • More Settings > Print using system dialogue 

3. Select KMFollowMeMac

4. Change menu from Preview to Layout/Finish

5. Change Print Type to Booklet

6. Navigate to the Finish tab and change Fold & Staple to Center Staple and Fold

7. Save Preset

   • Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset

   • Name Preset

3. From the toolbar, go to Options and make sure the microphone settings, file save locations, and record delay are as you want them

4. Start Capture

5. When finished, click the end recording button, on the top menu bar.

1. Start the presentation mode of your software of choice

2. Open Game Bar either via the Windows Menu or the Keyboard shortcut (⊞ Win + G)

3. Make sure microphone recording is toggled on. (⊞ Win + Alt + M)

   1. (You might have access to your microphone disabled. If so, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and enable microphone access for the Xbox Game Bar)

4. Hit record (⊞ Win + Alt + R)

5. When finished recording, click the end record button or ⊞ Win + Alt + R)

6. Files will be saved under Files > Videos > Captures

1. Opening Settings > Control Center

2. Add the Screen Recording option to the Control Center

3. Swipe down from the top right, tap the target icon to begin recording

4. When finished, swipe down from the top right, tap the red target icon again.

5. Files will be saved under Photos

Occasionally, Zoom will require an update.

You can update Zoom without requiring an administrator password.

3. Under the Install Location, change from All for all users on this computer to Install for me only.

4. Complete installation.

To create an Appointment Slot

1) Create appointment, using the create button in the top left

2) Set Duration to desired length

3) Set repeat and dates to desired frequency 

4) click next

5) Set "Location and conferencing" to Google Meet or desire method

6) Add description if you so prefer

7) Customise booking form fields

8) Save

2) Share "All Appointment Schedules"
