In one of the recent macOS updates, Apple has added a notification for when your screen is being observed.
And most likely, you've seen it pop up on your locked screen and have been concerned. Thankfully, things are not as dire as they seem. For some reason, Apple has decided to use the same phrase "your screen is being observed" for all instances of screen sharing and recording.
So every instance of screen sharing or recording, ranging from using Airplay to using Quicktime or Screencastomatic to record a video to sharing your screen via Zoom or Google Meet will result in the same message. The most common occurrence that we have seen is people closing their screens while they are still connected to an Apple TV and getting the notification as they are trying to log back into the computer.
Why am I unable to login to powerschool??
The most common issue we see with parents and students "Unable to Login to PowerSchool" is an issue with a corrupted cache. In most cases, clearing the browser cache and attempting to login again solves the problem. (A cookie is a way of web services keeping track of who is using the computer. If multiple people have tried logging in to the same service like PowerSchool all at the same time, it is possible that Chrome is getting confused and clearing the cache would fix that)

Printer is saying insufficient funds?
Most commonly, this message is caused by having your account signed into two printers at once. Sign out of one printer, and then you can sign into another printer and print from there.
Note: Once you have started a series of print jobs, you can sign out of the machine and the jobs will continue to print.

Streaming videos from airplay to apple TV is not working?
Occasionally, when streaming a video from your laptop to the Apple TV, you'll be met with a black / blank screen. Unfortunately, this is due to various forms of Digital Rights Management, a way for streaming and entertainment services to try and maintain strict control of their property. Due to the way that Apple has created it's recording and screen sharing technology, it clashes with how sites like Netflix protect their content.
