3. Office 365: Access to Microsoft office products, OneDrive, and online platform

4. Payment Request: Link to Sage X3 page for payment / Refund requests for the Finance department. 

5. PowerTeacher Pro: Student Grades and Attenedance management

6. PT Substitute Login: Attendance management page for substitute teachers

7. PowerSchool: Student Information Management software, for information on student grades, health, attendance, fees, contacts, and more.

Communications

1. Weekly Warrior: Weekly Newsletter for each school: ES, MS, SS

2. Communications Request: Request form sent to the communciations team for items to be included in the weekly email

3. Staff Update Archive: An archive of weekly emails sent to faculty and staff.

Curriculum

1. Professional Learning: Curriculum and Instruction website, with details on the team, standards grading, professional learning opportunities, and assessments.

2. Rubicon Atlas: Curriculum Management Software

3. Tech Nuts and Bolts: Instructions for common web apps at ICS. Schoology, various subscriptions, PowerTeacher, Flipgrid and more

Finance

1. Payment Request: Link to Sage X3 page for payment / Refund requests for the Finance department. 

2. Budget Tool: Sage X3 login for viewing departments available budget, funds, and budgets submissions

3. Procurement: Form for requesting items to be purchased

4. Finance and Procurement Policy/Procedures: Presentation on what the Financial Codes mean, what accounts to use, and how to use Sage

1. Facility Booking System: Book a room/space on campus and check availability
