103 & 104

Both Screens

To use both screens in 103 & 104

1. On the small Black Box for each projector, select the "103 & 104 Combined" option

2. In the middle equipment rack, on the small Extron controllor, select the device you are trying to connect to

   1. AppleTV for Apple Devices

   2. Miracast for Windows Devices

3. Connect to the labeled joint device.

One Screen

To use one screens in 103 & 104

1. On the small Black Box for each projector, select the device you are trying to connect to

   1. AppleTV for Apple Devices

   2. Miracast for Windows Devices

2. Connect to the labeled device

Microphones

1. Turn on Microphone Receiver in the middle equipment rack, the second box from the top

2. Power on the microphone using the switch

3. Adjust volume using the mixing consol in the middle equipment rack, the knobs on the top
