What can I do if there is hum sound from the classroom speakers? Make sure the microphone that is hanging on the wall is turned OFF. If that does not help lay the microphone on the sill of the whiteboard.
If not done already, lower projector screen by hitting Apple icon on the Extron MLC / Black Box Controller)
Enable Bluetooth
Click the Airplay Icon in the top right of the toolbar
Enter the 4-digit AirPlay code displayed on the Projector Screen
If not done already, lower projector screen by hitting Windows icon on the Extron MLC / Black Box Controller)
Open the Action Center on the Bottom Left corner
Select Connect
Click the display name of the device you are connecting to
1. Un-mute the laptop volume.
Windows: Speaker icon that is next to the time in the lower right hand corner.
Mac: Speaker icon on the upper right hand corner of the tool bar.
2. AV control box:
Turn the volume up
Make sure that the AV Mute button is off.
Toggle between input sources
3. Restart Apple TV: Toggle the switch on the head of the power chord.
