You can enter an fixed asset disposal request at https://nextapps.ics.edu.hk/app/fixed-asset-disposal-request-v2/
Login with you portal user name and password and click "Log In wiht LDAP"

1.Choose Asset Type as FM and Budget Code as 4FM
