Open Folder

Into the Top Navigation Bar, click the folder name, then select search within <folder name>

Type owner:me into the search bar at the top. This will filter and display the files that you are the owner of.

Select the files that need to be shared. Command + Click will allow for multiple, separated files. Shift + Click will select multiple continuous files. Command + A will select all files.

Once you've selected your files, right click and select the share menu. Select or type the name of the person you would like to transfer ownership to, click the role on the right side of the pop-up menu, and click transfer ownership.
