Today, I made my drones page and did all the starting things.
Today, I got started on the drones by just learning how to maneuver them without the goggles on.
Today, I tried to learn how to fly it with the controller instead of the phone but it didn't work because the drones were broken from broken propellers and broken motors
I couldn't do anything today because the drones were still broken so I started googling about the colleges I want to go to and how I'll be able to get into them.
Today, I forgot to bring the drone again so I decided to work on my reflection instead.

Today, I forgot the drone again so I decided to make a google doc that talks about my pathway to college.
Today, I finally brought the drone in but I decided that I wanted to just turn my Google Docs that I created yesterday and turn that into a slideshow and that will be my project instead.
Today, I continued my slides and I think they're done but that could change by tomorrow.
Reflection
Using Google Slides, drones, and the things needed for the drones I created a google slideshow about my college in the future. I also played with the drones and figuring out how you can make them move with a controller instead of a phone. I did these things so that I'll be more ready for what my future has to offer.
During this process, I learned many things about my future if it goes the way I hope it does. First, it will be way more expensive than I thought, like over $500k. Also, I learned that getting into colleges isn't as easy as you'd think it is. Like all these colleges have so many requirements just to be able to apply to their college.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor. It connects to that because I've never used the drones before so I constructed more knowledge by learning how to operate the drones and how to operate with controllers.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to fly the drones with a controller instead of using the phone. I was able to do it by flying the drone(s) as much as possible and figuring out what button did what. Also, I overcame getting a drone here since the ones here were broken. I did it by bringing a drone in from home.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I did. I would change it because the drones weren't as fun as I'd thought they were going to. Also, the google slides were pretty cool and I liked the fact that I learned more about the colleges I want to go to and how to do all that but they were still kinda boring to just make a google slideshow for a little less than an hour.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. It connects to that because I used Google slides to make a slideshow about all my college stuff and how to get into those colleges.
My project connects to careers in pediatric hematology-oncology. It connects those jobs because I made a whole slidehsow about how I'll become one some day. Also, it connects to a life helper because i basically made a guide on what to do so I can make it into a college one day.
