Are you working by yourself or in a team?
By myself mostly
What materials will you need for your project?
Microbit, Ipad, and computer
What is your plan to create in this project?
10 projects off the microbit website
What unique qualities will your project have?
I don't know yet
Projects that didn't work:
Disco Lights, because these microbits don't have a brightness level.
Stopwatch, because we don't have the right version of microbit.
Funny voice recorder, because we don't have the right version again.

Reflection Sheet
Using the Micro : Bits, Ipad, Imovie, and computer, I created many projects including, Name badge, send a smile, rock paper scissors, a flickering candle, beating heart, and a light sensor because I thought that those would be cool projects that would strengthen my mind and make me use micro:bit.
During this process, I learned how to make micro : bit projects using MakeCode.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker because I was making the projects based on putting different coding tabs together from the instruction part of the project and made the micro : bit do the things I told it to.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making the micro : bit change shapes. I was able to do it by making multiple tabs and when I shake it it would do a different shape from a number.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of projects and the difficulty of the projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because then it would be cooler with the difficulty and more projects means a better grade.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers like Web designer because it programs websites to look better and work great.
