Are you working by yourself or in a team?
Team
What materials will you need for your project?
The circuit playground express and maybe some sensors.
What is your plan to create in this project?
cool things that are better than the Micro:Bit ones.
What unique qualities will your project have?
Sounds
Started figuring it out before I left
Wasn't here
Made 3 projects and audioed over them
Put my videos on the website and added a brief description to them. And started my reflection
This is the magic wand, it makes a majestic sound and flashes many colors.
This is the Siren that will make a siren sound and will blink red and blue lights. ( even though the sound says Magic Wand)
This is the clap light, whenever you make a loud sound it'll turn on/off.
This is hot potato where you throw the thing until the time runs out and it will beep.
Reflection
Using the circuit playground express and the computer, I created 3 different projects. The few I made were, Clap Light, Siren, and Magic Wand. I made them because I thought they would be cool with all the different colors and sounds.
During this process, I learned many things. First, how to use the circuit playground express without any help from past people's work. Second, how to make them download to make them do the code. Last, how to start it, the center button.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker. It ties to it because I learned how to use this website while being one of the first people using it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make the code do its job on the circuit Playground express. I was able to do it by hitting the slow-mo button under the image of it and then pressing the refresh button next to it, not the one at the top of the screen. I also learned how to restart it so I can do another project. You do it by hitting the center button on the circuit playground express.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because it was a ton of fun but I wasn't here the first 2 days so I didn't have as much time as others. I would also do more challenging projects because then I'd be challenging my brain more teaching me more things.
