Things that can cause poor Mental Health

For some kids and students, there are lots of things that can cause them poor mental health at young ages. These things include pressure to succeed in academics, financial stress, uncertainty about which major or career path to choose, increased social media use, and less stigma around seeking help. Traumatic events can also trigger mental health problems, changes often act as triggers: moving home, changing school or the birth of a new sibling, for example. Some children who start school feel excited about making new friends and doing new activities, but there may also be some who feel anxious.

Teenagers often experience emotional turmoil as their minds and bodies develop. An important part of growing up is working out and accepting who you are. Some young people find it hard to make this transition to adulthood and may experiment with alcohol, drugs, or other substances that can affect mental health. For adults, sometimes Stressful life situations, such as financial problems, a loved one's death or a divorce can also become issues and result in poor mental health.

Eventually a lot of people will understand and learn how to cope and control their Mental Health. Always know that it'll always be their you just have to know what and what not to do, to make sure your mental health stays healthy! Some people may need a therapist for the rest of their life or some sort of treatment but that's totally ok. I hope this helped and can help your Mental Health be good Mental Health.
