CFAs participate in a 360-degree review process that includes a self-evaluation, student evaluation, and joint CFA/CFD evaluation. This review is a wonderful time to reflect, celebrate successes, identify/address barriers, and reset professional goals in your role as CFA.
RETURNING CFAs complete an Annual CFA Self-evaluation each AUGUST within 2 weeks of the end-of-term.
NEW CFAs complete an End-of-Term CFA Self-evaluation within 2 weeks of the end of their first term ONLY.
You may also view a hard copy of the Student CFA Evaluation that is distributed to students annually.
