This online exhibition contains work from students studying for a UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma at GMET College Brighton UK.
The students participating in this exhibition were given the themes Identity, Totem and Pilgrimage as a starting point for their Final Major Project.
Throughout ongoing research and practical experimentation, each student has created their own response to one, or more, of these themes.
As a group the Games, Animation and Special Effects students have produced many different outcomes: pixel art, 2D finalised concept art, 3D models and playable games. Many of these can be viewed in this 3D Virtual Exhibition!
One student created a wide variety of concept art, a playable prototype game as well as a website for their project ‘Banner’.
For their project ‘Atomic Clown’ another student made a detailed website with a marketing slant with accompanying concept art and 3D models. There is even a project ‘Yokai of the Totem’ that blends 2D and 3D including 3D elements which have been painted over.
