Important Note regarding Affiliation of USTEP Type U Students

USTEP Type U students belong to “Center for Global Education" and your main contact is the International Education Promotion Group (USTEP Office) at Hongo. If you have any questions regarding course registration or need support for other academic/campus life issues, please contact the International Education Promotion Group (USTEP Office) at Hongo, NOT the Center for Global Education (Komaba Branch) or academic affairs sections of each Faculty/College.

USTEP Type Uの学生は「グローバル教育センター」に所属し、主な連絡先は本郷キャンパスの国際教育推進課（USTEP Office）です。履修登録のことなどについて質問がある場合やその他・授業やキャンパスライフ全般でサポートが必要な場合には、グローバル教育センター駒場支部や各学部の事務室ではなく、本郷キャンパスの国際教育推進課 (USTEP Office) へご連絡ください。

Email Newsletter for International Students and Researchers

ISSR delivers news via email to international students, usually twice a month. Email newsletters contain information regarding events and seminars, both on and off campus, that are relevant to international students, helpful information on daily life, career support information, and any other information which international students may find useful. To receive email newsletters, register from the link below with your ECCS Cloud Email address (e.g., @g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp, etc.)

Important Note

Komaba Branch is for the service counter to provide general information of Komaba Campus for international students. They also cover some parts of USTEP student services such as monthly JASSO signing and issuance of Student Travel Discount Certificate for JR ticket. 

If you want to consult about other certificates, academic matters, and anything, please come/email to the International Education Promotion Group (USTEP Office) at Hongo Campus.
