Pastry chefs have to work, work, work.
If they make one mistake, they’ll have to fix it or even restart.
And while they're fixing the food, the guests will get frustrated because the chef had to restart so it makes it ten times harder.
It always has to be perfect or the guests won’t like it.
And if the guests don’t like it and they worked hard on it, they’ll be a little upset (no, they’ll be devastated).
It can also get hot in the kitchen so it makes it harder.
They have to get up at 3:00 am to start working on desserts.
And the boss can be a pain in the butt, yelling at them to make it right. Not all bosses are like that, but that’s just the way I think of it.
Some people don’t know how hard they work and they don’t get credit.
Give an applause to the amazing people in the kitchen because they work hard everyday, even on weekends.
Pastry chefs are like artists: so creative and gentle with their work (at least that’s what I think).
They also have to be so detailed in their work.
It takes time to practice to be a good cook.
They may even spend years doing so.
The pastry chefs and all chefs even work really hard to do a great thing for people. Sometimes the people aren't so nice to the chefs after all the hard work but I hope they are used to it.
Chefs don’t only put up with food but also with people.
Chefs do an amazing thing and we are all thankful for it.
