The Old Dog

You are playing happily in the field with your brothers and sisters

You see a girl come up come up to you and watch you as you play

Next thing you now you are in a car with a man a woman and a really excited girl

You are taking home and played with all week

A year later a thing comes into your home it’s small and it’s getting everybody's attention

As he gets bigger you still pay no attention and hate him

You can’t get rid of him so you decide to keep him

You begin to get more tired and want to do less

One day you get dizzy and you start drooling, you go crazy

You are at a white room with cold people, this is where you got your shots but it's different it’s not the same place

You are scared when you are walking on wooden floor it’s like walking on ice slippery and scary

When your legs can’t move when you want them to and you stand there shaking

You go out for a walk and are to tired to get up all day

You can only play ball for 5 minutes without getting tired

You don’t want to cuddle and play anymore and all you can do is sleep

One day you come home from a walk at Ruby’s while your family is gone and you are tired and your heart stops
