Don't worry, just go to the email list (click on "Emails" in the left-hand menu), find your email, and click on the arrow next to it. Click "Clone" and you can choose to the right type. The rest of the email (settings, design) will stay the same. Don't forget to save your new email!
To make sure the email will look good in Outlook there are certain rules you should follow when editing an email.
Don't delete all of the text when you want to change it but mark all the text between the first and the last letter, write your text and lastly delete the two original letters. Please see video below.
Outlook doesn't support round corners on buttons, so even if you make them round in the builder they will be square once the email is received in Outlook.

FunnelBud Go puts all emails to be sent in a campaign in a queue and sends them out in batches every 15 min. Depending on when the contact submits the form, it might take up to 15 minutes for them to receive the email.

Click on the "Action" tab when you are in the Edit form mode.
Add the action of "Send form results". The form fields will be added automatically.
Create your message to the contact as plain text or choose an existing email to use as a template.

Send immediately = Yes
Reply to Contact = No
Send to Contact = Yes

Yes, you can use a link set up within the Assets section to track link clicks even when an email is sent from Outlook. The contact needs to be in the database already and have tracking established (by having submitted a form or opened an earlier email sent from FunnelBud Flex) for this to work.

The unsubscribe link does not work in test emails. This is because the test emails are sent to a FunnelBud Go user and not a contact. However, the link will work correctly when you send the email to a contact.
