Repeatable campaigns

If you want contacts to be able to go through a campaign several times there are certain actions you need to take.

Campaigns that start with a form

Campaigns that start with a form have to have the setting "Allow contacts to restart the campaign" set to Yes in order for them to go through the campaign the next time they fill in the form. 

Campaigns that start with a segment

Campaigns that start with a segment will, by default, only let contacts go through once, even if it's set to "Allow contacts to restart the campaign". To make the campaign repeatable, you need to either add an action to restart the campaign or add an action to remove the contact from the source segment and add them again.

If the contact simply has no more steps to do in the campaign, it will be "on hold", i.e no new action can be scheduled but it's still a member of the campaign

Note: When the contact is added to the segment again they will directly go through the campaign. Great care needs to be taken when creating such a campaign to not let a contact loop over and over again. Talk to your PM if you need advice on how to build it.
