Each email sent will generate statistics of Open, Read and Clicked a link. You can quickly see each number for an email in the email list view and also build reports on it if you want to gather statistics for several emails or over time (please see below).

Yes, the rates for Open, Read and Clicks will continue to update even if the email has been unpublished after sending.
