Special Education Manual

This website is to serve as a special education online manual that incorporates federal, state, and local policy and procedures with state monitoring guidelines and eIEPPRO.

• Updates are done upon clarification of policy and procedures through federal and/or state guidance letters, court proceeds, school board policy changes, state monitoring findings, and when needed situational experiences to better prepare special education directors and teachers on special education process and paperwork.

• This is done with the full intent of helping special education staff to be in compliance with all special education regulations and still meeting the needs of our students.

**This is still a work in progress and again is done with the intent of providing guidance to special education teachers.
