Instructional Technologies Support Form for FTPS Staff:

In order to provide you with the support needed, we ask that you complete the Instructional Technology Programs Help Form so that we can respond in a timely manner to all the requests. This form is for the following Instructional Technology Programs: Seesaw, Zoom, iReady, Link it, Clever, Genesis, Ready Rosie, Imagine Math, Studies Weekly and Google Classroom/Meet. This will ensure that we have all the necessary information.

Students can change their names before entering your meeting, on the chromebook by clicking on the the Zoom app and updating their name where it says "screen name" or where their old name appears. Click here for a visual and directions.

Did you know that you can create a Jamboard for each student in Google Classroom? When making the assignment, attach the Jamboard and select “Make a Copy for Each Student” just like you would for Docs, Slides, etc. It works the same way and each student can brainstorm with their own sticky notes and pens!
