Poetry Slam

Poetry Slam 2021

Since 2006, the Summer Honors Creative Writing Class has hosted a Poetry Slam. Students compete with original poems and read them for all of the students in the program. This year there were 21 participants. Prizes were awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The 1st place winner also becomes the keeper of the coveted Cherry Cola Crown.
