The first thing you want to do is compose a new message.
Write the message that you would like to use for your template in the body section of the email. You can insert photos and links as long as they are in the body.
*Note: Remember to erase your whole signature
Once completed in the lower left corner click on the elipsis and select "Templates".
Then you select "Save draft as template".
Then click on "Save as new Template".
Finally name the template.
After adding the name; when you go back to the templates window your new template will be there for use.
