1. In the Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound.

2. In Hardware and Sound, select Devices and Printers.

3. In Devices and Printers, select Add Printer.

4. In the Add a device window

5. Click on the Printer you are looking for

6. Once the computer connects with the printer, the following will display.

7. The newly added printer can then be set as the default printer if needed.
