1. Refresh your browser

2. Exit and quit your browser. Restart your browser

3. Verify check that you have Internet service

I cannot access the internet 

1. Try another opening a different browser from the one that you are using

2. If you are still unsucessful go to System Preferences and Click on Network Icon
