Protecting your Data. 05.19.20

We recently had the opportunity to conduct a training about protecting your data through our most used platforms (Box, Gmail, Virtru, Lastpass, and Zoom.) It is important that we come to meet and understand what it is like to work in a very digital infrastructure. Having the knowledge of what these platforms offer is the way to be. We think being knowledgeable about what these tools are and how best to use them is what gives us piece of mind. Here are 3 take aways from the meeting

A new way to share in Box

Box has introduced a new way to share called "File Request"

• Share the link to request file uploads in this folder.

• Uploaders will be directed to a webpage to submit files.

• A Box account is not required to complete the request
