Not being able to access your emails can be conflicting! Please ensure of these steps to make sure you receive emails. To access most of these steps please visit your settings, play store or passwords/accounts.

1. Ensure automatic email sync is enabled

2. Clean your devices storage 

3. Ensure you have the correct password for the email account 

4. Clear cache and data from your email app

5. Make sure you mailing app is up to date

6. Try removing and re-adding the mailing account to your email.

7. Ensure email notifications are toggled on
