Sometimes, Virtru shows up when you compose an email but needs you to reactivate it. This can happen for one of two reasons. Reason number one is Virtru is only allowed to be logged in on one machine at a time; If you log into a secondary machine and return to your original machine, it will ask you to reactivate Virtru. The second scenario is when the 2-week time limit is up. This can be remedied in three steps.
