Open your finder
Find your Box Drive Icon
Select the folder you want offline access to.
Right-click the folder and select "Get Info". (We recommend to use a folder that is no bigger than 10GB)
Right Click on the folder again and select "Make Available Offline" (Alternatively, you can click on the cloud icon)
Wait until you see a green Check next to it; otherwise, it doesn't have a cloud icon next to it.

Open your File Explorer

Right Click on the folder again and select "Make Available Offline".
4. Wait until you see a green Check next to it; otherwise, it doesn't have a cloud icon next to it.
