If videos fail to play or Google gives you a message that you need to download the video, follow these directions:

1. On the web browser in the right hand corner click on the 3 dots.

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Choose to clear your browser history and cookies

4. Refresh the page

5. Try watching the video again.
