An ICAP (Individual Career Academic Plan) is a multi-year process that guides students as they explore career, academic and post-secondary opportunities. An ICAP consists of two important parts. The first part is a list of the courses you plan to take that are aligned to your career goals, which can be considered your graduation plan. This will be housed in your Epic Parent Portal account. The second part is the process of learning about the connection between the courses you will be taking and the career plans that you will be developing plus documentation of the range of college and career readiness skills that you develop from middle school through high school.
