Fantasy football is under way and the first week was full of disappointment and unlikely heroes. It seemed that everyone who had a number one ranked player had a tough time feeling good about their decision. The first games were, for the most part, pretty rough for the pros. The second week held more confidence with fantasy players, but lineups haven’t exactly been set in stone.
The second week brings out the healthiest and strongest players. Week one serves its purpose as a screen to find only those who will make it the whole season. It is important to drop any players who are having troubles with courts or suffering/struggling with an injury. The same goes for week 3. It is time to get rid of anyone who is injured for more than 2 weeks.
The third week, if all is still well with the team drafted, should focus on solidifying the team you have and only making changes if absolutely necessary. The third week should be one of the most consistent.
Week 3 we suggest starting these players if possible:
QB: Tom Brady
RB1: Melvin Gordon
RB2: Le’Veon Bell or Kareem Hunt
WR1: Antonio Brown
WR2: Julio Jones or Jordy Nelson
TE: Travis Kelce
Flex: Todd Gurley
D/ST: Cardinals D/ST
K: Justin Tucker
