We enjoyed seeing everyone's costume for World Book Day today! It was so lovely to have everyone together after missing out due to last year's lock down!
We really enjoyed our school trip to Sealife Adventure today!
We visited the zooquarium as it links to our plastic pollution/ ocean pollution topic that we are currently enjoying. We loved seeing all of the different types of fish; watching the meerkats, monkeys, otters and penguins being fed; having butterflies land on us in the tropical adventure and listening to dinosaurs roar! We also found our visit to the beach really interesting and were surprised by our litter survey findings as there was SO much litter despite there being bins everywhere!
We had lots of tired children on the way home but we were so pleased with how they behaved and how enthused they were across the day!
This half term, year three have been learning about the skeleton. We have realised that there are lots of bones in our bodies, and we had great fun putting together lots of different skeleton puzzles
We have created sea creatures in DT using levers and linkages.
