Because of the size of the school, however, many other people assist him with his work.
There are three deputy principals, all of whom work with students on wellbeing and discipline.

The Head Teacher Administration Ms Germantse assists the Principal and Deputy Principals with school management and is responsible for the library, careers, rosters, TVET, transition and examinations.
There are thirteen Head Teacher positions each responsible for administrating their particular faculty areas. This includes the teaching within that area and the discipline of students within that faculty. Parents should feel confident in contacting Head Teachers regarding student performance in the faculty.
